Our hosting infrastructure automatically processes basic request metadata — including IP address, user-agent, and request timing — to deliver the site, mitigate abuse, and apply rate limiting. We do not use cookies or analytics on this site.

• To detect and prevent spam or abuse of the contact form.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party processors to run the site:

• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form messages.
• Slack — internal notification when a contact form is submitted (where configured).

Contact form submissions are retained in our email systems for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping (typically up to 24 months). Request metadata used for abuse prevention is retained only as long as needed for that purpose.
