Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 April, 2026
This privacy notice explains how SUG Labs International Ltd (“SUG Labs”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through suglabs.com.
1. Who we are
SUG Labs International Ltd operates this website. For any privacy enquiries, contact us at hi@suglabs.com.
2. What we collect
We collect personal information only when you submit our contact form. This consists of the name, email address, and message you choose to send us.
Our hosting infrastructure automatically processes basic request metadata — including IP address, user-agent, and request timing — to deliver the site, mitigate abuse, and apply rate limiting. We do not use cookies or analytics on this site.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To detect and prevent spam or abuse of the contact form.
- To meet any legal or regulatory obligations.
Our lawful basis is your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party processors to run the site:
- Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form messages.
- Slack — internal notification when a contact form is submitted (where configured).
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
5. How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained in our email systems for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping (typically up to 24 months). Request metadata used for abuse prevention is retained only as long as needed for that purpose.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate information.
- Delete information we no longer have a basis to retain.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email hi@suglabs.com.
7. International transfers
Some of our processors are located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
